What is a Picasso and Wine painting art party like?

It’s like an afternoon or evening out with a group of friends. In a relaxed social setting, our artists guide you through the steps to replicate the night’s featured painting. Whether you’re an aspiring Picasso or just want to explore your creative side, you’ll go home with a painting that is uniquely yours. We suggest you arrive early to finalize your registration and get a good seat. Art party time is between 2 1/2 and 3 hours with frequent breaks. By the end of each class you’ll be amazed at the artwork you have created!

When are art parties held?

Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening art parties start at 6:30; and Sunday afternoon art party starts at 1:00 pm. However, we constantly working on expending our offerings. Please check our calendar for the most updated selections and availability.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Seating is limited seating; so, signing up in advance is highly recommended. You can register on the website or give us a call. A credit card number is taken to hold your seats for party of five or more, but it is not charge until you arrive for your art party.

What is the cost of a Picasso and Wine art party?

The price ranges between $35 – $40, for each adult art party, depending on the night and the painting. Children’s under 12 years of age and Family Day’s art party are $25.

What is included in the cost?

We provide paint, canvases, brushes, easels, aprons, great artist-teachers and the first beverage. On top of that, we do the “clean-up”. 

What should I wear?

Although we will provide aprons, we recommend wearing clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on – just in case!

What time do I need to arrive for the art party?

We recommend arriving 15 to 20 minutes early to check-in and get the seat of your choice.

If I come with a friend or a group, is it possible to sit together?

We try to seat friends and parties together. Be sure to let us know when making your reservation, and we’ll make the appropriate seating arrangements.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my art party reservation?

We ask you to provide phone or on-line notice at least 48 hours notice prior to the art party starts time. This gives us the opportunity to fill the space. We will charge the art party fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance.

When does each new art party calendar come out?

We try to post the calendar at least a month in advance. Make sure to join our email list to get the most updated news and exclusive offers.

I missed a painting that I really want to paint! Are paintings ever repeated?

Please let us know. Paintings are sometimes repeated in subsequent months.  If there is a particular painting that you would like to be repeated on a certain day, email us and we will try our best to accomodate!

Do you serve alcohol?

Wine, champagne and beer are available for purchase. Wine is $4 a glass, Champagne is $5 a glass, Mimosas is $4 a glass and beer is $4 a bottle! You may also purchase soda and bottled water for $1.

Are children welcome in a Picasso and Wine art party?

Due to the higher level of difficulty of our painting and the mature nature of Picasso and Wine art party, we do not recommend children under 12 years of age to attend. However, we have Family Day which held on most Saturday at 11:00 am. It is two hours long art party and tailors toward younger audiences. Painters of all ages are welcome and the cost is $25 per painter. Please call 970-460-0833 for more information.
