Onsite Private Party

• Ready to party at Picasso and Wine! Private Parties may be schedule in our studio at anytime, during normal business hours other than scheduled class time. We are open from 11am to 8pm.
• You may choose the painting for your event. Check out our website or visit our studio for to view the options available.
• The minimum number of participants is 10.
• $200 deposit is due at reservation and the amount will be applied toward the total cost of the party. Please note, your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
• The $45 per participant fee includes 16 x 20 stretched canvas, all painting materials, aprons, an art teacher and the first beverage.
• Wine is $4/glass, Champagne is $5/glass, and bottle prices are $14 and $15 respectively. Case prices are also offered. Soda and bottled water may also be purchased for $1 each.
• You may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages, or we can put you in touch with wonderful local caterers.

Offsite Private Party

Picasso and Wine is happy to bring the party to you! Whether it’s an in-home special event, on-site corporate team-building or other function, Picasso and Wine can enhance every occasion.

• You chose the painting for your event. Check out our website or visit our studio to view the options available.
• Off-site private events may be scheduled for anytime or any day.
• The minimum number of participants is 10.
• $300 deposit is due at reservation and the amount will be applied toward the total cost of the party. Please note, your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
• The $50 per participant fee includes 16 x 20 stretched canvas, all painting materials, aprons and an art teacher.
• A $150 transportation and set-up fee covers travel up to 30 miles from our Windsor studio, protective table covering and set-up clean-up of painting materials.
• Picasso & Wine does not provide alcohol for off-site events.
• If needed, we are happy to put you in touch with local caterers to assist with food and beverage.

• At Picasso and Wine, we are committed to service to the community; and, what better way to support the people of Northern Colorado than by partnering with non-profit organizations that provide countless valuable services throughout the region.
• Qualified non-profit organizations can receive a $10 donation from Picasso and Wine for each of their supporters who attends our regularly scheduled classes or an event hosted by the non-profit organization and Picasso and Wine.
• For your organization to benefit, you must provide the organization’s and phone number when registering for a class. The organization receiving the donation(s) must have an IRS 501c3 designation. The $10 per person organizational donation may not be combined with any other Picasso and Wine discount or promotion.
• Picasso and Wine can also help your organization reach its fundraising goals through special events. Whether it’s small event for a select group of potential donors, a larger public fundraiser, a one day event or an on-going income producing strategy, Picasso and Wine can help make it a success.
